My completed zoroark cosplay for Jafax 16! :3 Turned out amazing and just in the nick of time too, I finished it at 4am the night before of course XD Completely hand made by me. The eyes glow blue and it has a moving jaw. More pics to come! WIP can be seen here [link] Will also make an appearance at youmacon 2011.

Won 1st place journeyman craftsmanship at the masquerade ^_^

You are from Michigan eh? I'm from WI

I have been toying with the idea of making a zoroark cosplay myself, as I've made a suit before. I've been seriously considering it. My friends tell me to go on and do it each time I talk about it.

You're probably busy and all, but if you have any pointers on how to make a few things easier (namely that crazy red hair) that would be awesome. I have some ideas on how I'd go about a few things myself.

I'd really like to go to cons with some buddies in it.

Check out the fursuiting livejournal if you are interested in mascot suit construction. The community is very helpful. The hair on my zoroark has three beach balls in it, so it is essentially hollow.

I know about the livejournal community, but livejournal is not my thing, and I also have enough experience where I don't need to consult them. I was just asking for specifics, but this does answer my question. Thanks much!

I'd figure the head was hollow with some sort of filling. I'd intended do do something similar, so it seems I'm on the right track.

I just bought a bunch of green foam 50% off at Jo Ann fabrics, so the project is actually a serious go. That stuff is expensive as it is, so I jumped on that opportunity. I'll be starting as soon as possible. I'm going to do it in my own style. So don't worry c: But I will say you're an inspiration. I've been toying with the idea for about two years, and seeing this made me really want to go through with it. So thanks, and thanks for getting back to me c:
